Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: 25 to 35 years as on 01.08.2025
    (Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10 yrs)

  • Educational Qualification: Full-time 2-year MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM from a recognized institution

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Wealth Management roles in Banks, Broking Firms, Securities Firms, or AMCs

  • Desirable Certifications: NISM / IRDAI / NCFM / AMFI

Selection Process

The selection may include:

  1. Online Examination

    • Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English (75 marks)

    • Professional Knowledge (150 marks)

    • Total: 225 marks | Duration: 150 minutes

    • Negative marking: 0.25 per wrong answer

  2. Group Discussion (50 marks)

  3. Personal Interview (50 marks)

Final selection will be based on merit across all stages.
