Educational Qualifications & Experience

1. Programme Officer (SARA)

• Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Human Rights, Public Administration, Psychology, Psychiatry, Law, Public Health, or Community Resource Management

• OR Graduate in the same fields with at least 2 years of experience in project formulation, implementation, monitoring, and supervision

• Must be proficient in computer usage

2. Accounts Officer

• M.Com with knowledge of Tally and PFMS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles in government or semi-government organizations

• Computer proficiency is essential

3. Assistant cum Data Entry Operator (State Level)

• Passed 12th from a recognized board

• Diploma or certificate in computer applications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with government or NGOs

4. Counselor (DCPU/CCI)

• Graduate in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, or Counselling

• OR PG Diploma in Counselling and Communication

• Minimum 1 year of experience in child development or related fields

• Must have a 6-month computer certificate

• Must be a local candidate

5. Social Worker (Male/Female)

• Graduate in Social Work, Sociology, or Social Sciences

• Experience preferred
