Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • HSLC Passed
  • ITI in Diesel Mechanic or Fitter Trade from Govt. of Assam recognized institutions or affiliated to SCVT/NCVT
• Age Limit (as on 01 August 2025):
  • Minimum: 18 years
  • Maximum: 43 years
• Other Requirements:
  • Must be a domicile of Assam
  • Must possess a valid Employment Exchange Registration Card from Assam

Selection Process

• Stage 1: Written Test
  • Sections:
    • Part A: English & General Knowledge
    • Part B: Reasoning & Numerical Ability
    • Part C: Technical Knowledge (Trade-specific)
  • No negative marking
  • Medium: English
• Stage 2: Personal Interview
  • Shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called for interview
  • Final selection based on merit

Medical Fitness

Provisionally selected candidates must undergo a Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) at AGCL Medical Centre, Duliajan.
