Eligibility Criteria

  • Manager – Sales (Retail)

  • Age: 24‑34 years (as on Aug 1, 2025)

  • Education: Graduation (any discipline); MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales/Banking preferred

  • Experience: Min. 3 years in liabilities sales (Banking/FIs) 

  • Officer – Agriculture Sales

  • Age: 24‑36 years

  • Education: 4‑year degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Veterinary Science/Dairy/Fishery/Agricultural Engineering/Agri Biotechnology/etc.

  • Desirable: PG Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Agri Business/Rural Management/Finance

  • Experience: Min. 1 year in Agri Sales (preferably BFSI) 

  • Manager – Agriculture Sales

  • Age: 26‑42 years

  • Same educational qualifications as Officer (Agriculture Sales)

  • Experience: Min. 3 years in Agri Sales (preferably BFSI)

Age Relaxation
As per Govt. norms:

  • SC/ST – up to 5 yrs

  • OBC – up to 3 yrs

  • PwBD, Ex‑Servicemen – applicable relaxations

Selection Process
