a) Lift Operator

No. of Post: 3 Vacancies

Monthly Salary: ₹16,140 (fixed)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: HSLC (Class 10) pass
• Technical certification: ITI in Lift & Escalator Mechanic or a related trade, or a Diploma from a government-recognized institute
• Practical experience with various lift systems (passenger, goods, etc.) will be prioritized
• Candidates must be skilled in:
  • Operating lift control panels
  • Managing gates and safety signals (bells, buzzers)
  • Ensuring proper load limits and safe usage

b) AC Chiller Operator 

No of Posts: 4

Monthly Salary: ₹16,140 (fixed)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: HSLC (Class 10) pass
• Technical certification: ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related Diploma from a government institute
• Prior experience in handling HVAC systems, especially chillers, is highly desirable
• Candidates should be confident in:
  • Operating and maintaining air conditioning and chiller units
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Understanding HVAC system workflows and safety protocols

Age Criteria

• Applicants must be between 18 and 43 years of age
• Relaxation in upper age limit will be provided for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Assam Government norms
